BAITADI: An elderly man was found dead near his house at Giregada area of Baitadi district on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Jaya Bahadur Chand (65) of Jabalkatte in Giregada-5, informed DSP Balanarsingh Rana of the District Police Office (DPO).

The locals had found Chand's body near his house and informed the police.

The police are yet to establish a cause behind the old man's death and are investigating for further information.
