BHOJPUR: A fire broke out in Nepaledanda-7 of Bhojpur district and destroyed property worth around Rs 700,000, on Tuesday afternoon.

The fire had broken out in the house of Ambika Shrestha at Simle, Nepaledanda-7, said the East Regional Police Office, Biratnagar.

The two-storey house was also destroyed along with utensils, clothes, foods and other materials.

The fire was controlled by a team of police from Kudakaule Police Post and locals.
