BHOJPUR: A pedestrian died after a motorcycle (Ko 8 Pa 956) knocked him down in Biratnagar of Morang district on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as Mahendra Adhikari (50) of Biratnagar-4.

According to the Eastern Regional Police, Biratnagar, critically injured Adhikari breathed his last while receiving treatment at the Biratnagar-based Neuro Hospital.

Biker Agayat Ansari (24) of Biratnagar-12, who was injured in the accident, is receiving treatment at the Birat Nursing Om Hospital in Biratnagar, informed Police.
