DAMAULI: Two persons were injured in a motorcycle accident in Manpang VDC-1 of Tanahun district on Tuesday.

Dipak Shrestha (20) of Chang VDC-3 and pillion rider Hemanta Pariyar (15) of Manpang VDC-1 were injured, informed Tanahun District Police Office.

Dipak had lost control of the motorcycle and had fallen into a canal Tuesday night near Akala Mandir of the area.

The motorcycle (Ga 5 Pa 5723) was heading towards Damauli from Pokhara.

Both the injured were taken to Damauli-based Ratnahari Hospital but due to Shrestha's critical condition, he was later referred to Manipal Teaching Hospital, Pokhara.
