The black box of the Yeti Airlines aircraft that crashed in Pokhara on Sunday has been located and retrieved.
According to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) spokesperson Jagannath Niraula, it was discovered this morning. It has been handed over to the Nepali Army to be brought to Kathmandu and handed over to the Air Crash Investigation Commission, Niraula was quoted as saying in RSS.
The black box is a crucial device that helps determine the cause of the crash, and contains the flight radar record and cockpit voice recorder.
