DAMAK: Prakash Dhakal, who was arrested by the police for planting bombs at various places is to face prosecution as per the existing laws. Dhakal had planted bombs in front of Himalaya Mahalaxmi Tea Industry and Damak Municipality Office in the name of Kirat Janabadi Workers' Party (KJWP). But, issuing a press release on Saturday, Anihang Kirati, central member, KJWP, said Dhakal had misused the party's name and terrorised people under the assumed name of Samar Kirati.
