Baby fails to survive :

POKHARA: A newborn baby, which had been declared dead by the western regional hospital, Pokhara, but was actually alive, died on Sunday while undergoing treatment in Kanti hospital, Kathmandu. The baby was born to Manju Thapa, 31, of Sekham VDC-3 Syangja baby on August 20. — HNS
