Mangalpur: The building of Samjhana Muna Bal Bikas Kendra in Khayardhari of Mangalpur VDC-8 in western Chitwan was transferred to the community on Saturday. The building was constructed with the financial assistance of Reach Out of Asia, an international non-government organisation. The Seto Gurans Bal Bikas Kendra was using the building before its hand-over.
