KATHMANDU: A two-year-old baby girl lost her life after a bus (Ba 2 Kha 5899) welted her at Sunakothi in Lalitpur on Monday.

The deceased has been identified as Abghana Khatun, daughter of Indian national Habigh Mansuri. Khatun breathed her last in course of treatment at Patan Hospital.

Following the incident, officials have impounded the vehicle and detained the bus driver, informed police.
