Businessmen concerned about rising insecurity
PARASI: Entrepreneurs and businessmen in the area today said that they were facing difficulties in running their businesses due to the increasing criminal activities including murder, abduction and extortion.
Participants at an interaction programme organised by Nawalparasi chamber of commerce claimed that criminals were encouraged as the administration failed to nab them.
They also opined that impunity was increasing in the area. Speaking at the programme, Gunnidhi Tiwari, central member, Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industries, said that entrepreneurs would submit keys of their factories to the government if the government failed to provide them security.
