GORKHA: Kul Prasad KC (Sonam), Gorkha in-charge of the Maoist-affiliated YCL, directed cadres to attack the Prime Minister and the President in public programmes.

Speaking at the second YCL convention in Gorkha, Sonam said, the PM and the President have been working against the aspiration of the people. Waving black flag was a symbolic protest, he said and threatened that physical attack on them would be on the show soon. He also said that a third people's movement was in the offing.

Furthermore, Constitution drafted by the puppet government would be unacceptable, he said. The people would write the constitution by themselves, instead, he added. He also confirmed that they would establish a people's republic in the country. He further, warned that the PLA and YCL should not be underestimated for they have the fire in them to destroy anything.
