Power supply can be made reliable once the Nepal Electricity Authority reforms itself by making necessary changes at the policy-level, consumers said at an interaction held here yesterday.

The Forum for Protection of Consumers’ Rights had organised the programme. Replying to questions put forth by the participants, chief of the distribution branch of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Kashendra Prasad Yadav, said the NEA is making efforts to reduce the period of loading-shedding to one-and-a-half months.
