KATHMANDU: The Human Rights Organisation of Nepal on Tuesday initiated a signature campaign seeking the United Nations’ mediation for talks between the government and Maoists. The signature campaign began at the HURON’s office here in Kathmandu. Rights activists Padma Ratna Tuladhar, Malla K Sundar, and others signed the document.
