After the postponement of Free Student Union polls, Mehendra Multiple Campus in Nepalgunj, the largest campus in the western region of the country, has been shut for indefinite period due to the poll conflict. Earlier, the campus administration had postponed the FSU elections after NSU complained that the union was deprived from filing its nominations for the election and the chief election commissioner Sobhakar Kandel resigned.
