KATHMANDU: Chief of Army Staff Rajendra Chhetri returned home after a 12-day visit to the United States on Thursday.

General Chhetri had left for the USA on April 24 on the invitation of US Army.

He took part in Fellows Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony at the US Army Command and General Staff College, Forth Leavenworth, Kansas and US Army War College, Pennsylvania.

During his visit, Gen Chhetri also visited US Defense Department, Pentagon and held talks with UN Under-Secretary General for Political Affairs Jeffrey Feltman.
