KATHMANDU: Chief of Army Staff Gen Chhatra Man Singh Gurung left for the United States of America on Saturday to attend 12th Chiefs of Defence conference. The conference will take place at Honolulu in Hawaii from October 26 to 29. In Gen Gurung’s absence, Major General Toran Jung Bahadur Singh will act as officiating chief of Nepali Army.
