NEW DELHIi: Visiting CoAS General Chhatra Man Singh Gurung met Indian Defence Minister AK Antony, Minister for External Affairs S M Krishna, National Security Advisor MK Narayanan and Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao here on Tuesday. According to Colonel Ashok Narsingh Rana, Military Attaché, Embassy of Nepal, the talks centred around challenges faced by the Nepali Army and the need to modernise it. “We’re in the need of modernising our army. But, there’s a lack of necessary equipment,” said Gurung.
