KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has launched an investigation into the construction of Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS). Allegedly, the CBS awarded the tender for Rs 52 million, though other bidders had offered for Rs 44 million.
