Siraha, April 3:

A patrolling team of armed police force seized various weapons from a house in Siraha’s Balahi on Thursday afternoon.

According to the armed police force border security office at Siraha, the team had raided the house of local Shyam Sundar Mahato in suspicion that Madhesi Mukti Tigers cadres were hiding there.

Police seized one shot gun, a country-made pistol and five rounds of bullets in the house.

As soon as the team led by the armed police election base camp Lahan Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Bhim Bahadur Thapa reached at Balahi, house owner Mahato absconded.
