‘Crisis will end soon’
JHAPA: Former Speaker Subas Chandra Nembang on Friday said that obstruction at Nepal-India border points would end soon.
Inaugurating the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Singeswori Primary School in Ilam, Nembang said blockade at border checkpoints had caused a humanitarian crisis in the country.
Commenting on the visit by United Democratic Madheshi Front leaders to India, Nembang argued that it was not appropriate to seek a solution to an internal problem from India. “The government and the agitating parties should resolve the crisis through dialogue,” said Nembang.
