KATHMANDU: A teenage boy, who was critically injured after being hit by a tractor in Dang district, died on the way to a hospital in Nepalgunj of Banke on Saturday.

Ajan Chaudhary (17) of Shreegaon-5 of Dang was being rushed to Nepalgunj after primary treatment at a local hospital in Dang but he succumbed to injuries.

The teenager was hit by the tractor, which did not bear nay licence plate, at around 7 pm yesterday.

Police have impounded the vehicle and arrested its driver for further investigation.
