DDC office to be padlocked

Siraha, August 14:

The District Development Committee Employers’ Association (DDCEA ), Siraha, today said

it will padlock the DDC office from tomorrow until its demand is met.

The employees have been demanding that assault against employees and vandalism in the office be stopped immediately.

The DDCEA-Siraha said various parties and organisations affiliated to them have continued to disrupt work in the DDC office.

A statement issued by the president of the DDCEA-Siraha said the office will remain closed until they receive written assurance that there will be no more manhandling and vandalism in the office.
