DAO Chitwan sends 26 construction companies’ names to home ministry

Chitwan, May 29

District Administration Office, Chitwan, today sent a list of 26 construction companies, who left as many as 36 projects unfinished, to the Home Ministry.

After the home ministry sought the list of construction companies failing to complete work within the deadline, Chitwan DAO sent a list of 26 construction companies to the ministry.

CDO Jitendra Basnet said his office had sent the list of companies failing to complete their work within the deadline and those companies whose deadline had not been extended. “We have sent a list of 26 construction companies that have left their work unfinished,” said CDO Basnet.

The list does not include the names of construction companies that have extended the deadline on various pretexts. Out of the 26 companies, 11 are from Chitwan while others are from Dhading and Kathmandu.
