JHAPA: Kirant Janabadi Workers Party, Jhapa has issued letters to VDCs in the district demanding Rs 300,000 as donation from each. The VDC secretaries have been threatened for their lives if the demands are not met. According to VDC secretaries, they are unable to fulfill their duties in the wake of recent donation terror. Various organisations of the government employees have urged authorities to create congenial atmosphere for the local body employees to work without fear.
