The CPN (Maoist) Ramechhap district committee on Tuesday staged a protest demonstration and burnt an effigy representing monarchy. Maoist cadres, who joined rallies from several villages, chanted anti-government slogans and went around Manthali before meeting at Devkota Chowk.
