KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 11

The price of gold in the domestic market continued its upward trend, increasing by Rs 2,000 per tola on Wednesday. This follows a sharp rise of Rs 2,100 per tola on Tuesday, bringing the total increase to Rs 4,100 per tola over the past two days.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), fine gold is now trading at Rs 154,200 per tola, up from Rs 152,200 per tola on Tuesday. On Monday, the price was recorded at Rs 150,100 per tola, reflecting the recent surge.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has remained stable, holding steady at Rs 1,925 per tola, unchanged from Tuesday.
