FNJ meet kicks off in Janakpurdham
JANAKPURDHAM: The third plenary meeting of Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ)'s central working committee kicked off at the religious tourism site, Janakpurdham, on Monday.
The two-day meeting is focused on several agendas of working journalists, shared FNJ General Secretary Ramesh Bista.
On the first day of the meeting, FNJ inquired of its Province 2 district chapters' chairpersons regarding the opportunities and challenges seen in journalism practices of late.
FNJ central member Nakul Aryal said the meeting will reach at concrete decisions regarding the rights of working journalists and ways to resolve the problems seen in media of late.
The meeting will also set the future course for FNJ.
