KAPILVASTU: The Kapilvastu administration, issuing a notice on Wednesday, has urged the district denizens not to shake hands with anyone they meet. Reason: persons can contract swine flu through a hand-shake. Epidemiology and Disease Control Department of health ministry has stated that the dreaded virus can easily be transferred from the affected person simply by a shake of hand. Chief District Officer Nagendra Jha said the District Health Office had been directed to put health check-up desks in the border area and the police have been directed to be on high alert.
