Finance Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai today promised to meet the demand of the locals of

Kartikedeurali of Kavre district to increase budget for the village.

Speaking at a programme organised by Deurali Higher Secondary School to mark its 55th annual day, Bhattarai said, “I will see if there is enough budget. If not this year, I will allocate sufficient budget for this area next year.” The locals submitted a memorandum to Bhattarai, demanding budget for schools, roads, drinking water and hydro project, among others, in the village.
