KATHMANDU: Malaysia-based Megatech International College has announced scholarships to five quake-affected Nepali students on Thursday.

Sangam Devkota of Gorakha, Ajay Lama of Kavre and Ankit Kuinkel, Srijana Tamang and Abhay Raj Giri of Nuwakot were provided with the scholarship in different streams to study at the College, the Kuala Lumpur-based Nepali Embassy said.

The scholarships were awarded by the College Chief Executive Officer Murugan Chadayan and Nepali Ambassador to Malaysia Niranjan Man Singh Basnyat, the statement read.
