Focus on talks, says Thapa

Dhangadhi, January 27:

Former Prime Minister and chairman of the Rastriya Janashakti Party (RJP), Surya Bahadur Thapa, today said it would be difficult to hold the CA polls before holding talks with all the Madhesi forces.

Speaking to journalists here, he said, “Problems will be solved within a few days if SPA leaders could hold meaningful talks with the Madhesi community.”

Saying that the CA polls is must, he said, “It would be very difficult to hold the election if the government fails to win the trust of Madhesis.” He said that the Election Commission has been actively involved for the preparation of the polls.
