RAUTAHAT: Minister for Population and Environment Biswendra Paswan on Saturday said the incumbent government was working hard to drive the country towards development.

Inaugurating a solar lamp at Sailesh Temple in Sisawa of Gaur Municipality, Minister Paswan said, “The incumbent government is working day and night to solve people’s problems and drive the country towards development.”

Hinting at Madhes-centric parties and leaders, Paswan said the country was held hostage due to the vested interests of some political parties and their leaders.

He also hailed the newly promulgated new constitution.
