Former minister Sanjay Sah held guilty of graft
KATHMANDU: The Special Court has held former lawmaker and minister Sanjay Sah guilty in the corruption and disproportionate asset case filed against him.
The court will decide the quantum of punishment for the offences later.
Sah, who was held guilty in the Janakpur bomb blast case by Dhanusha District Court, is cooling heels in jail. The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority on Sunday filed a graft case at the Special Court against Sah seeking a fine of more than Rs 315 million.
