Dharan, February 21 :

Indian ambassador to Nepal, Shiv Shanker Mukherjee, today laid the foundation stone for the building of the Kalidaas Library in Pindeshwor Campus, Dharan.

Addressing the function, Mukherjee said India is helping Nepal in education and health sectors and is ready for social development of Nepal.

He also handed over a book published by the Indian Embassy to the library. The building of the library will cost Rs 5.757 million. “The only Sanskrit campus in the eastern region will benefit much from the library,” said Narayan Prasad Sharma, the campus chief.
