RAUTAHAT: CPN-UML lawmaker Ram Kumar Bhattarai on Wednesday laid the foundation stone of Chandrapur Municipality Office building in Rautahat.

Speaking at the function, Bhattarai sought cooperation from all parties and pledged to develop Chandrapur as a model municipality.

He stressed the need to expedite development through competition.

Roshan Construction Company has been awarded the contract to construct the building at a cost of Rs 21 million.
