DHADING: As many as four students committed suicide after failing in School Leaving Certificate exams at different districts.

Sunil Bharati, 17, of Devisthan of Maidi Village Development Comittee, Dhading, killed self by hanging himself from a tree near his house yesterday evening. Bharati had appeared in the SLC exams from Thulo Chaur Secondary School at Maidi.

Similarly, Manish Rai, 17, of Khotang’s Temma VDC killed himself by hanging himself at his house yesterday evening. Rai had failed in Optional Maths. Likewise, 17-year-old Manisha Pandey from Tilahari of Tanahun’s Bhanu-2 killed herself this morning on the upper floor of her house.

Sita Bhandari, 17, of Bageswori of Banke committed suicide this morning at her home after failing in SLC. SLC results were announced yesterday.
