HETAUDA: Makawanpur Police nabbed a fugitive charged with trading in hashish and narcotics in the district on Sunday. Rabindra Bishwokarma, 36, of Manahari had been on run after the District Court sentenced him to one-year jail term and Rs 5,000 fine. A police team deployed from Area Police Office Manahari held Bishwokarma from his house on Sunday. He was sent to regional prison in Bhimphedi , said police.
