TRISHULI, NUWAKOT: Vehicular movement along the Galchhi-Trishuli-Mailung road section in Nuwakot would be closed for eight hours daily to speed-up the road expansion works.

The road section connecting the northern and southern borders of the district would be closed in two shifts from 6:00-9:00 am and 11:00-4:00 pm starting from today.

The road section would remain closed for eight hours daily until the next arrangement is made, said the road construction project chief.

This road is being widened at a estimated cost of Rs 9 billion.
