Udaypur, November 28:

A woman here reportedly committed suicide by consuming poison after giving birth to her second daughter.

Kaushika Niraula (25) of Milan Chowk in Triyuga Municipality- 7 committed suicide after the birth of her second daughter, District Police Office, Udaypur, said.

Kaushika had begotten her first daughter two-and-a-half years ago and had been regretting in the family after the birth of second daughter just 15 days ago, said Thapa, quoting her father-in-law.

Meanwhile, a teenager committed suicide by consuming poison yesterday. Police identified the deceased as Milan Khatri (17) of Triyuga. Khatri died while undergoing treatment in

District Hospital, Udayapur, police said. However, reason behind his suicide is yet to

be revealed.

In another incident, Man Maya BK (25) of Chaudandi- 5 committed suicide by hanging herself yesterday.
