Govt trying to ‘abort’ UML meet
Bhairahawa, November 18:
CPN-UML has said the local administration is trying to disrupt the party’s Lumbini zonal level mass meeting scheduled to be held tomorrow at Butwal.
UML Rupandehi unit secretary Lila Giri said leaflets, urging people not to participate in tomorrow’s mass meeting, are being published and widely distributed by the so-called Conscious Nationalist People and Women’s Group and the local administration is helping distribute them.
Distribution of leaflets has increased on the eve of the party’s zonal meeting, UML Rupandehi member Rajendra Panthi said.
