KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress president and former prime minister Girija Prasad Koirala will leave for Singapore on Wednesday for health treatment. A party source said he had planned the trip on the advice of his doctors. Koirala, 86, is suffering from chronic pneumonia and lung ailment.
