KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 17
The National Examination Board (NEB) has rescheduled the Class 12 supplementary exams for September 23-24. The new dates come after the board was forced to postpone its original schedule of September 13-14 due to recent Gen Z protests.
The first day will cover Compulsory English (0041), all subjects for examinees taking an exam in only one subject.
For examinees taking exams in two subjects: the subject with the smaller code number from the subjects they are taking. However, examinees participating in the chance (supplementary) exam for both Compulsory English and Compulsory Nepali must take the Compulsory English (0041) exam on the first day and the Compulsory Nepali (0021) exam on the second day.
On the second day, for examinees taking exams in two subjects: the subject with the larger code number from the subjects they are taking. (The Compulsory English (0041) exam will not be conducted on this day.)
Exam centers remain unchanged, according to the NEB. The exam will be conducted from 11:00am till 2:00pm.
