Junior Red Cross Circles Mazdoor Kisan High School, Sunsari, organised a daylong free eye camp at the school premises here on Wednesday. Some 250 patients from Madheli and adjoining VDCs under went eye checkup and they were informed of the precautionary measures for the safety of the eyes, according to teacher of the school Surya Narayan Thakur.

Likewise, 36 persons donated blood at a programme organised on Wednesday by the Phadani Savings and Credit Cooperatives Society, Letang.
