KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 9
The Ministry of Health and Population has introduced the 'Hello Health' service to address public grievances related to health services across the country.
Citizens can lodge complaints concerning services provided by the MoHP and its affiliated agencies through various channels, including telephone, WhatsApp, Viber, email, and postal mail.
Grievances can be registered by dialing '1115' or through WhatsApp and Viber at 98513-30592. Additionally, complaints can be sent via email to "hellohealth@mohp.gov.np."
Health and Population Minister Pradeep Poudel stated that 'Hello Health' was launched to provide an effective platform for addressing citizens' concerns about health services.
A dedicated unit has been established under the leadership of Dr. Anup Bastola, Chief Consultant for Tropical Medicine, to handle the grievances.
The unit includes Information Officer Dr. Bhakta Bahadur KC, IT Director Rameshraj Subedi, and Section Officer Gauri Prasad Acharya, according to Ministry Spokesperson Dr. Prakash Budhathoki.
