Kathmandu, July 19:

Nepali Congress (NC) will endorse its draft for an interim constitution at its Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting tomorrow. The draft, once endorsed by the party, will be handed over to the Laxman Aryal committee drafting the interim constitution.

Today saw NC CWC members meeting informally to discuss both the draft and the agenda which the party should take to the summit between PM Girija Prasad Koirala and Maoist supremo Prachanda and others. The draft says that the status of the monarch shall be as determined by the House,” said Radheshyam Adhikari, national assembly member and constitutional lawyer, who , along with Badri Bahadur Karki, Upendra Keshari Neupane, Ram Krishna Nirala, Sher Bahadur KC and others prepared the draft .
