Kathmandu, November 23:

MPs today asked the government and parliament to implement the reports submitted by the High Level Investigation Commission headed by former Supreme Court Justice Krishna Jung Rayamajhi by taking action against the culprits identified.

MPs Bharat Mohan Adhikari, Narayan Man Bijukchhe and Dila Ram Acharya cautioned the government that the report should not meet the fate of Malik Commission’s report after 1990 movement, which had also identified culprits suppressing the movement and killing people then. Rayamajhi commission has recommended action against King Gyanendra, his advisors, members of his Cabinet and the chiefs of the security agencies.

The HoR also passed National Academy of Medical Sciences Bill — 2006 and the Nepal Health Service (Third Amendment) Bill, 2006.
