BIRATNAGAR: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Development Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar said the constitution would be fully implemented after completion of federal and provincial elections.

Speaking at a greetings exchange programme organised by Nepali Congress Morang chapter after unification of his party with the Nepali Congress,Gachchhadar assured acceptability of the constitution would increase in the coming days. He further claimed that the NC would be the largest party after the upcoming elections.

Party central member and former Minister Minedra Rijal, central members Dila Sangraula and Gururaj Ghimire and district president Digbahadur Limbu also addressed the

programme.
