persons here, he said journalists here are focussing more on conflict and violence-related issues than creating awareness about education and other important issues which helps in development of the country “I am very surprised to see Nepali media giving much priority to news related to conflicts,” he said. Sharma, who is visiting Nepal for the second time, said he has already travelled India, Pakistan, Afgh-anistan, China, Bangladesh and Bhutan on bicycle since he launched his cycling feat in 1994. Sharma entered Nepal from Kakadbhita a week ago and has plans to go to India through Mahendranagar (Banwasa) after offering puja at Pashupatinath. “If, by any chance, I meet Maoists, who have been waging war in Nepal, I will request them to give up violence and take the path of peace,” he said.
