JTMM-Goit’s bid to foil CA election

Rajbiraj, April 8:

The Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha (JTMM) led by Jaya Krishna Goit, today said that it has abducted Saptari District Education Officer, Nibh Raj Joshi, as part of its warning to disrupt the coming constituent assembly (CA) poll.

Saptari coordinator of the JTMM-Goit, Shyam, informed over telephone that Joshi was abducted to send the signal that there was no need of holding the constituent assembly polls as the Tarai region is independent and has been declared so.

Saying that there is no need of a constituent assembly for the people of Tarai origin, Shyam said they abducted Joshi after he did not meet their demand of providing Rs. 5 million for the JTMM’s people’s war.
