Baglung, March 3:

King Gyanendra and Queen Komal offered pooja in the Kalika Bhagawati temple, a famous temple in Baglung district, today.

The Royal couple arrived at the temple at 11:45 in the morning in a special helicopter from Pokhara and worshipped for an hour. They also interacted with people who had gathered to welcome them.

Rajparisad Standing Committee Member Kulraj Sharma, Western Region Administrator Chhatra Bikram Shah, Zonal Administrator at Dhawalagiri, Ramji Bista, Chief of 23 Brigade of Royal Nepalese Army Nara Bahadur Kandel , Chairperson of District Development Committee, Surendra Khadka and Mayor of Baglung Municipality, Bidur Khadka were present on the occassion.

The Royal couple also offered worship at Chhabdibarahi of Tanahun this morning.

The locals and Panchakanya had welcomed the royal couple.
